Design/Build Services 
- Identify project's goals, feasibility, and schedule.
- Establish budget restrictions.
- Prepare and execute design phase contract and begin design phase.
- Produce preliminary estimates and design drawings.
- Develop project specifications, suggest appropriate building systems, standardized components and construction methods.
- Review with the client; drawings, specifications, and costs.
- At completion of the design contract, provide copies of finalized estimates and drawings, specifications, and contract for construction.
- Upon acceptance of the contract for construction, permits are procured and the project schedule is determined.
Construction Management Services 
- Review and compare bids.
- Recommend vendor selection.
- Preparation and execution of contract documents.
- Coordinate pre-construction meeting with successful bidders.
- Secure required building permits.
- Issue notice to proceed and coordinate job start up procedures.
- Refine final construction budget and project schedule.
- Provide onsite quality control over workmanship and materials.
- Insure compliance with specified standards & contract requirements.
- Monitor and update project schedule and budget.
- Provide cost accounting of actual work completed and cost to complete.
- Review and process applications for payment.
- Provide change order administration and negotiation.
- Perform substantial completion inspection.
- Provide reporting of punch list inspections and completion tracking.
